Shipping Policy

For Domestic Orders:

Orders within the US ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail and typically arrive 3-5 business days after the package is picked up. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

For International Orders:

International orders ship via First Class Package and arrive 7-14 days after the package is delivered to USPS. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. All customs and additional fees upon import are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product. Due to the nature of our product, we will only accept unopened masks within 30 days of purchase.

We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. King of Mask is not responsible for lost returns.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.
